MySchool24 is a school app for students, parents and teachers, run by MySchool24 for the schools that use it. Your school decides what information goes into the app. We only use that information to provide the service to your school.

Information in the app

• Account details: name, username, phone number, email (if given), role, school, class, section, roll number and admission number. Your school creates these.

• School records: attendance, marks and report cards, timetable, fee dues and payment history, leave requests and school notices.

• Files you upload: leave attachments (such as a doctor's note). Teachers can also upload study materials and event photos.

• Staff attendance: teachers' punch-in and punch-out times.

What we don't collect The app does not use your location, contacts, camera or microphone. It has no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics. It only reads photos or files that you choose to upload. It does not take payments; fee details are shown for information only.

How we use it We use your information only to run the app for your school. That means showing your records, letting teachers take attendance and enter marks, handling leave requests, and sharing notices and study material. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Security All data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Uploaded files are stored with our cloud storage provider. Your login is saved in encrypted storage on your phone and is deleted when you log out. Students can see only their own records. Teachers can see only the classes they are assigned to.

Sharing We share data only with:

• authorised staff at your school,

• companies that host our servers and files for us, or

• authorities, when the law requires it.

The app also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google can see your device's IP address.

Children Most students using the app are under 18. Their accounts are created by their school. The school is responsible for getting any consent it needs from parents or guardians.

Keeping and deleting data We keep records for as long as your school uses the service, or as long as the school requires. To see, correct or delete your data or account, contact your school or email us at [email]. We act on your school's instructions.
